This training program is designed to build manager capabilities specific to understanding and coaching to employee performance. Through self-driven learning, formal training, scenario-based practice and on the job application managers will be able to engage with their employees more fully and drive successful performance in all aspects of their work. - Understanding the basic components of coaching, the difference between managing and coaching and the framework that guides all coaching discussions.
- Leveraging coaching preparation tools.
Coaching to Impact Performance
- Identifying the causes of performance concerns or gaps, effectively crafting questions to uncover employee perceptions of performance, and being prepared to share balanced feedback

Coaching
- Leveraging coaching knowledge to observations and on the job feedback
How We Help
On the Job Application
- Development of a coaching strategy to identify skill gaps and coaching approach for each individual employee within the direct team
- Review and feedback sessions with peers and leaders of coaching planners
- Delivery of coaching session with feedback from peer/leader
Leader Led Capstone Certification
- Capstone certification conducted by leader to validate all learning objectives have been achieved and where additional development and coaching may be required
