Philosophy

Driving Personal Learning

Learning is about personalization when possible. Giving learners control of how they consume content makes it more likely that they will leverage and learn. This includes job aids, videos, hands-on practice, and much more.

Learning from Failure

Many of us have learned from failed attempts that weren’t always in a safe environment, and there were consequences. When learners are allowed to fail in a safe, controlled space and learn from that failure, they are often more effective and prepared in the real world to handle the same situation successfully.
